Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented loyalty marketing candidate to support and deliver full-scale loyalty programmes. This role plays a key role in driving membership acquisition, engagement, and spend through integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, rewards management, data-driven insights and budget tracking.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, tenants, and CRM vendors to ensure the seamless execution of loyalty initiatives from planning to reporting and campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Support the development and execution of campaigns aligned with the overarching loyalty marketing strategy, shaping membership acquisition and engagement frameworks.
  • Deliver end-to-end marketing activations aimed at driving acquisition, loyalty, engagement, and member spend.
  • Support partnerships-led campaigns and integrated member communications across multiple channels.

Rewards & Benefits Management

  • Manage the loyalty rewards catalogue, including but not limited to uploading and tracking rewards assets, monitoring validity periods, and ensuring accuracy of content.
  • Coordinate all related publicity and marketing assets in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with partners and tenants to ensure timely fulfilment and promotion of rewards and offers.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Support marketing automation initiatives, ensuring smooth setup, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation of loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact with the CRM vendor for daily operations, system fixes, enhancements, and user troubleshooting.

Member Experience & Operations

  • Monitor the loyalty programme enquiries channel daily and act as an escalation point to management to ensure prompt and effective resolution for members.
  • Collaborate closely with tenants and internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end implementation of events, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.

Reporting, Data & Budget Tracking

  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports using pre-determined metrics, alongside ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Analyse member data and campaign results to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Raise and track purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate budget tracking.

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and customer engagement programmes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Experienced in working with luxury retail brand is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
