Job Scope

Digital Marketing

• Administer and maintain school website
• Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and maintain a 2-week content calendar
• Design banners/posters via Canva/Photoshop (or supervise a student helper to do so)

Print Production

• Editorial assistant to Constellations
• Export print-ready PDFs (bleed, crop marks, colour)
• Liaise with publishers and manage print distribution

Event Publicity and Support

• Process faculty publicity requests via Google Form
• Create publicity packages (posters, social posts, email blasts)
• Track and execute publicity timelines (2 weeks / 1 week / 1 day before events)
• Ad-hoc support for research seminars, conferences, admissions events

Publications & Collaterals

• Update Undergraduate/Postgraduate prospectuses, PGC brochures, Careers Guide
• Support admissions events with collaterals

Email & Web Communications

• Update website as needed
• Send scheduled email blasts (Constellations recruitment, Good News, Student Spotlight, Creative Expressions, Launch)
• Assist faculty to update or create URLs when requested

Administration

• Manage news-sharing tracking system
• Process student work-study claims (timesheets, portal entry)
• Recruit and manage student helpers
• Collate BOT Reports

Contract Duration: Dec 2026 to July 2027

Working Arrangement

• Mon to Fri: 9 - 6pm
• Sat/Sun: Off

Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 depending on experience
