Communications Senior Executive / Assistant Manager | Healthcare | Up to 3.5 months bonus + AWS

An established public healthcare institution is seeking an experienced communications professional to join its dynamic Communications team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-visibility communications initiatives across integrated campaigns, content development, social media, staff engagement, branding and corporate communications.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to bring stories, initiatives and organisational achievements to life through compelling and impactful communications.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Communications & Campaigns

• Conceptualise, develop and execute communications campaigns to promote organisational programmes, initiatives, innovations and people
• Develop engaging content across various communications platforms, including social media and digital channels
• Support end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualisation and content development through to production and implementation
• Identify compelling stories and translate complex information into clear, engaging communications for different audiences

Content, Branding & Editorial

• Develop and review communications materials while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and brand identity
• Provide branding and editorial oversight for communications initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop effective communications approaches and materials
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with organisational objectives

Staff & Internal Communications

• Develop and execute staff engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture
• Create communications that effectively engage employees across different functions and levels
• Support internal campaigns, organisational initiatives and employee communications

Stakeholder & Strategic Communications

• Provide communications counsel and support to internal stakeholders
• Partner with different departments to understand their communications needs and recommend appropriate approaches
• Manage multiple communications projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Support the development of crisis communications plans
• Participate in emergency preparedness exercises and communications planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant communications experience
• Proven experience managing and executing communications campaigns
• Strong content development, writing and editorial skills
• Good understanding of social media, digital communications and communications channels
• Candidates with hands-on experience in content production and campaign execution will have an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Creative, meticulous and results-oriented
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
