SabNewCo Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned entity of SGX-listed Sabana Industrial REIT. SabNewCo will soon assume the role of the new internalised manager of Sabana Industrial REIT.
We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for the Investor Relations Team. Be part of a new and exciting team that shapes investors perception, fosters trust, and builds confidence in the REIT.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing relations with the investment and media communities including shareholders, analysts, investors, media and other stakeholders
- Effectively communicate the strategic direction and financial performance of the company to investors
- Build the IR calendar and cadence (including but not limited to quarterly updates, organizing conferences, NDRs/roadshows, meetings and site visits etc)
- Prepare AGM/EGM investor communications and manage Q&A logistics
- Create and continuously refine investor materials (including but not limited to the updating of presentations, news releases, Q&A, factsheet corporate website content, corporate social media accounts and other corporate communication materials)
- Manage corporate website, affiliate websites and corporate social media accounts
- Assist in the development of annual report and sustainability report
- Monitor peer REITs, sector trends, credit markets, index changes and regulatory developments
- Conduct shareholder register analysis, identify ownership and execute investor targeting
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration/ Business/ Management, Finance, Accountancy
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Investor Relations for listed companies or REITs
- Good understanding of REIT metrics and drivers
- Proficiency with IR/market tools (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet etc
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficiency with IR/market tools (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet) and good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
- Attention to details, strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and organisation skills
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to work on tight timelines and manage multiple workstreams
