Responsible for accurate processing and managing of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions, on a timely basis. The incumbent is to ensure compliance with local tax regulations, maintain accurate records, and resolve pay discrepancies. The incumbent shall partake in the data integrity and health of HRMS, and compliance to PDPA, and drive process optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive HR process optimization, partake in improvement projects, system integration and data migration.
Verify employee reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsible for the accurate and timeliness of monthly payroll, overtime verification, claims processing and bonus cycles.
Create HR data requirement documents to support Management's decisions.
Handle statutory compliance, including and not limited to foreign employee tax clearance, CPF monthly submissions, annual income tax filings, and submission of government-paid claims.
Primary contact person to address staff queries regarding payroll and salary data.
Prepare and analyze payroll variance reports, support manpower cost analysis and group employee movement.
Responsible for timely statutory reports, OED, statistical reporting and surveys to relevant authorities.
Maintain data integrity and health within HRMS and ensure accurate personnel records.
Adhere to established quality, environmental protection, health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Cornerstone HRMS and BIPO payroll software, with high proficiency in data visualization tools are highly advantageous.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data entry and payroll calculations.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee financial and personal information with discretion.
Competency of laws and regulations: Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Act, income tax laws and deductions.
Recognized qualification in Business, IT, Human Resource Management or related fields with strong analytical skills.
