We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Human Resources Manager and invite industry professionals to join us in our mission.

The Role:

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the President and play a key role in overseeing and driving the Comapny's human resource strategy, policies, and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, and employee records.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with Head of Department (HOD) to support workforce planning, talent development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives that support employee growth.
  • Provide HR advisory support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and organisational change.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, organisational charts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices and changes.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS systems, Infotech.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
