[What you will be working on]
Support digital transformation initiatives
- Assist in digitalisation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and grant processing workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of digital solutions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, providing feedback to ensure they meet operational requirements.
Provide quality grant administration support
- Review and assess grant applications according to established criteria and guidelines.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries about grant requirements and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Manage complex cases and escalations effectively, seeking guidance when needed.
[What we are looking for]
- Experience: 2- 4 years of experience; any prior experience in administration or operations would be beneficial.
- Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities, with willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering quality work.
