Data Support & System Implementation Assistant (1 Year Contract) #NKC

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data & System Support Assistant to help with data cleansing, validation, and system support activities, particularly for a new system launch

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data cleansing by removing duplicates, fixing formatting issues, and correcting errors
• Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness after data extraction
• Validate and test data in the TMS test environment
• Support documentation and reporting
• Record user feedback and monitor system performance
• Provide user support during and after system rollout
• Assist in planning and executing pre- and post-launch tasks
• Help manage communication with stakeholders
