Job Responsibilities Job Summary: 
  • We are seeking a detailed and people-oriented Senior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the department's administration (including virtual roster administration) and training related matters. You'll play a key role in ensuring the department complies with all administration, training and regulatory requirements as well as timely processing of Team Members overtime for payroll extraction.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Department Training Administration

    • Liaise with training vendors for appropriate training to meet FME training needs.
    • Registration, enrolment, scheduling and venue booking (if conducted in RWS) for identified courses
    • Obtaining quotations and payment processing for training
    • Manage FME Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Other adhoc administrative support as required

     

    Virtual Roster (payroll system) Administration

    • Need to work on every Mon, 1st & 15th of the month for virtual roster processing (publishing, authorization and payroll extraction).
    • Check to ensure Team Member swipes are approved correctly by respective Time Managers
    • Check to ensure that overtime do not breach MOM guidelines.
    • Maintain Team Members Leave Records (Annual Leave, Public-Holiday-In-Lieus, Sick Leave, No Pay Leave, etc)  

     

    HR Administration

    • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
    • Liaise with Team Members on medical checkups, contract renewals, etc.
    • Act as point of contact for admin and logistic matters
    • Arrangement of interviews

     

Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum 5 years related administrative work experience

Skills: 

  • Possess good organizational communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Basic accounting knowledge
