[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Admin in the Student Alumni & Services Office.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Frontline Enquiries & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main contact for financial assistance, scholarships, awards, and tuition grant enquiries via calls, emails, etc.
- Respond to queries from students, parents, and external organisations and provide clear guidance on eligibility, processes and documentation.
Financial Assistance & Bursary Administration
- Process bursary applications and disburse all financial assistance awards, including bursaries, Student Aid Grants, and other donated awards.
Scholarships & Awards Administration
- Manage operations for internal and external scholarships, including coordination of nominations, liaison with external organisations and follow-up with students for required documents.
- Disburse all scholarship awards.
- Assist with the organisation of the Scholarship Awards Ceremony.
Tuition Grant Administration
- Manage the administration of tuition grant.
- Track application and signing progress for eligible students and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Operational Support
- Provide operational support to the department's frontline services as needed to ensure service continuity.
