Job Responsibilities:
Champion Patient Person- and Family-Centred Care
- Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of patient and carer partnership initiatives.
- Facilitate engagement efforts to incorporate patient and carer giver perspectives into care partnership initiatives.
- Support training, campaigns and awareness programmes that promote person- and family-centred care across NUHS.
- Assist in documenting and tracking outcomes related to patient advocacy initiatives.
Programme & Project Management
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage budget and monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain project documentation of meeting materials, photo, content and media repositories.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Engage with patients, carers, volunteers, community organisations and institutional stakeholders to support programme objectives.
- Support the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships across institutions.
- Contribute to NUHS's volunteer management programme including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, recognition, and appreciation of staff and community volunteers.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely follow-up of initiatives.
Governance, Secretariat & Operational Support
- Serve as secretariat for departmental and cross-institutional committees and working groups.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare materials, document minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and compliance with institutional requirements and processes.
- Support operational processes including finance, procurement, consent documentation and inventory coordination.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, engagements, and outreach initiatives.
Events & Engagements
- Coordinate planning and execution of PASO-related events, forums, and engagement sessions.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage content documentation including reports, photographs, and programme records where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Public Health, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in programme coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement or healthcare-related initiatives.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across institutions.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable navigating operational processes including documentation, finance and procurement systems.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in engaging patients and carers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; basic visual or video editing skills will be an advantage.
