Ensure full compliance to servicing checklist when performing preventive maintenance for both lift and escalator based on BCA outcomes.
To continue to upkeep his technical competency and sharpen his technical troubleshooting skills.
Lead and assist his peers to learn and sharpen their technical competency to resolve complex faults, perform quality corrective maintenance work and perform correct adjustment in parameters setting.
Able to work beyond working hours (max to 12 hours/day) and to perform supplementary callback as per roster.
Co-ordinate and liaise with client performing all maintenance activities in client premises
Preparation of maintenance checklist and get endorsed by client
Preparation of callback checklist and get endorsed by client
Prompt in attending breakdown cases and work along with Team leader to maintain units with Zero Liability Damage from clients & Zero Notice to Maintenance by BCA.
Honest in reporting with good attitude.
Performed tasks and duties assigned by his superiors.
