Lead / Senior Technician, Engineering

. Ensure all engineering work and maintenance of gas/chemical related equipment run smoothly.

. Prepare work procedures for all engineering works (maintenance, ad-hoc, CIP).

. Update and maintain all maintenance records, monthly maintenance and engineering report.

. Perform off-duty standby backup work.

. Duty roster scheduling and maintain operational discipline.

. Perform installation and maintenance of gas supply system.

. Perform cylinder change for gas systems and daily logging of gas supply systems.

. Perform preventive maintenance on gas supply systems to ensure operations at tip-top condition

. Inventory control for gas cylinders and spare parts.

. Perform chemical waste collection duties (including tote / drum changeout for chemical waste systems)

. Understand and comply with government regulations.

. Attend to emergency at all times and perform off-duty standby backup work.

. Ensure maintenance is carried out safely and adhere to operating procedures.
