Responsible for the Management, inclusive of Operations, Project Management, Tendering, Precast Design and QA/QC, etc.
Manage the entire chain from Planning to Procurement, Production to Logistics as well as raw materials, machinery, equipment and manpower, etc.
Manage the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
Ensure workplace safety and health enforce safety measures at all times
Implement and manage continuous improvement on manufacturing processes and recommend changes through staff training and workplace practices
Manage and oversee QA/QC processes and documentation including all relevant certification and approval
Provide leadership and motivation to the team on day-to-day operations
Waste control and increase production capabilities
Ability to read and understand contracts and design drawings
Manage the Precast Operations in Singapore and Johor and able to liaise with the relevant Authorities in both countries.
Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with Customers, Contractors, Consultants and all level of staff.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Added advantage for candidate who possesses related working experience in Precast Design, ICPH or Automation projects in construction related technologies
