Monitor and supervise the site engineers, site supervisors & foremen to ensure that site activities comply with specified requirements and safety regulations.
Review and prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
Control and manage resources, including site progress, manpower mobilisation and equipment deployment.
Carry out works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Plan the construction schedule and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by subcontractors.
Manage and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing.
Ability to understand ISO 9001 clauses and audit procedures.
