The Operations IE in the Product and System Engineering (PSE) team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across product qualification activities. This role is responsible for:

  • Planning and optimizing Wafer IQP capacity to support qualification builds, ensuring alignment with PDE and site IE teams.
  • Collaborating with Reliability Operations (Rel Ops) to enable seamless execution of wafer-level reliability testing, including probe purchases and resource allocation for HBM4/4E and other advanced nodes.
  • Forecasting OPEX costs for NPI programs and supporting budget approvals with leadership.
  • Collaboration & Support
    Collaborate with Product Development Teams (PDTs) to support demand modeling based on multiple variables.
    Partner with GSC teams to represent HIG product development demand signals through appropriate systems and communications.
    Work closely with Reliability Operations (Rel Ops) to support product qualification activities.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify lot conditions, manage demand line builds, and ensure readiness for interposer and other critical components.
  • Logistics & Flow Optimization
    Define and maintain optimal logistical flows for evolving engineering solutions, including new product flow definitions and attribute creation/maintenance.

This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to support the fast-paced demands of product qualification and reliability enablement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability operations or process engineering.

  • Strong proficiency in MAM/MES systems, project management, and equipment planning.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with tactical planning and inventory management in a lab or manufacturing setting.
