Job Description:
- Oversee IT infrastructure and applications support across Asia Pacific, ensuring operational stability and high availability
- Monitor and maintain service quality, capacity, and performance in line with organizational standards and SLAs
- Manage escalation processes and ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead vendor and partner management, including performance evaluation and contract compliance
- Support strategic IT projects and regional technology initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for IT Service Management in the region
- Supervise data center infrastructure and ensure robust business continuity plans
- Organize regular meetings with business stakeholders to share IT service updates
- Lead the team in a multi-country setup
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- Has 8 - 10 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for reporting and stakeholder management
- Decision-making and strategic thinking.
- Can speak English
- Must be Local/Citizen
- Lead Engineer: with proven leadership or project management experience.
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Initiative-taking and proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle client or management interactions.
- Must be willing to work onsite
