Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $5,500/month
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and support procurement of medical and non-medical equipment and furniture
- Work with users to define technical specifications for tenders
- Evaluate tender submissions and make recommendations based on technical compliance
- Organise and lead user workgroups for planning discussions
- Track and manage project budgets and timelines
- Support campus planning and daily biomedical operations
- Liaise with vendors and manage contract/service issues
- Provide technical advice to users and management
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and developments
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant field
- Min. 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining medical equipment
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders
- Good problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
