Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
Max Salary: $5,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and procurement of medical and non-medical equipment, including furniture when required
- Lead user workgroups by organising meetings, setting goals, facilitating discussions, and reviewing work plans
- Plan and control budgets to ensure development stays within financial limits
- Prepare specifications for tenders in collaboration with user departments and stakeholders
- Provide recommendations based on technical compliance of equipment and furniture in tender submissions
- Support tender committees in evaluation of equipment and services
- Stay updated on healthcare planning trends to guide hospital development
- Support the campus planning team and Group BME functions as needed
- Liaise with external contractors on service and tender commitments
- Provide technical advisory to end users and senior management on equipment-related matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in service and maintenance of medical equipment
