Your Role

Join the APMS Analog Subgroup within Technology and Product Support Operations to drive continuous improvement in APMS Analog business. Your focus will be on data analysis, maintenance, and support of data analysis tools, alongside managing automated reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data analytics support for Silicon DA migration from YE data analysis tools within the APMS perimeter, act as a reference coordinator.
  • Monitor production through yield and data analysis including statistical reporting, Pareto diagrams, and yield detractors analysis with automation and ongoing support.
  • Manage and support data analysis tools for the APMS Analog community; contribute to innovation and simplification projects.
  • Lead and contribute to automation projects (e.g., MRB Automation, LRR, CT, SFV), creating macros for automated data extraction and supporting operational activities.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize data workflows and reporting.
  • Provide Technical support and coaching to users and stakeholders on data analytics tools and dashboards usage.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Proficient in programming languages: Visual Basic, Bash, Python; AI knowledge and deep knowledge of Office package for macro solutions and Power BI Dashboard.
  • Strong experience with manufacturing data analytics tools (Silicon DA, YE Yield Explorer) and advanced knowledge of statistical techniques and yield analysis.
  • Ability to develop and industrialize Excel/VBA macros and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Skilled in designing and maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Experience in creating Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to interpret complex production data and propose actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into clear messages for engineering, production and management.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and capable of driving and improvement initiatives, from ideas to implementation and closure.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Production, Industrialization, Engineering, IT/Data).
