Job Description:

• Responsible in design, procure, install, test and commission Voice Recording and Telephone System in MRT projects
• Manage various stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, during the project lifecycle
• Provide technical support to end users, covering software and hardware related topics
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and approval
• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met
• Support for tenders & Bids in providing technical proposal and costing
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• At least 8 years of working experience in a similar environment
• Good communication and written skill
• Strong leadership skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to dynamic project situations
