Job Responsibilities :
The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for exploring, developing, and implementing AI‑enabled solutions that enhance enterprise applications, workflows, and decision‑making across the organization. This role focuses on translating emerging AI technologies into practical, secure, and scalable use cases that improve automation, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with IT Applications, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams, the Senior AI Engineer supports the integration of AI into existing platforms and processes, contributes to AI capability building within the organization, and ensures that AI solutions are deployed responsibly and in alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to enable AI adoption beyond experimentation and into day‑to‑day operations.

- Execute AI initiatives for IT Applications in alignment with business needs and architectural standards.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with company security, data protection, and responsible AI policies.
- Enable teams to use AI for better decision‑making, automation, and productivity.
- Explore and evaluate new AI technologies and tools for potential organizational use.
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing to support consistent AI adoption.
- Continuously improve AI solutions through testing, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions.
- Share knowledge and promote good engineering practices through mentoring and collaboration.

Pre-Requisites :
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in both AI/ML architecture and hands-on machine learning development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AI / machine learning solutions, including generative AI, automation, analytics, or AI‑enabled workflow technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, ITSM, collaboration tools).
- Solid understanding of data, APIs, system integration, and cloud‑based architectures.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts, including data privacy, security, ethical AI, and responsible use.
- Practical, execution‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices, including bias detection, model explainability, and alignment with global regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business insights and actionable roadmaps.
- Highly self-driven and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environments.
