  • Oversee the quality and rigor of output from analysis and solution teams, ensuring accuracy and strong commercial grounding.
  • Lead cross‑functional workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and co‑develop improvement strategies.
  • Manage governance across sub‑regional (cluster) teams, ensuring consistency with global standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Oversee project team performance and manage large-scale solution programs within the global supply chain engineering network, balancing stakeholder needs, timelines, and business objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, transport, or freight forwarding, ideally within a defined industry vertical.
  • Proven sales track record and ability to consistently meet commercial targets.
  • Strong experience designing complex, multi‑capability supply chain solution.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, projects, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven success delivering large, complex supply chain or logistics projects with high accuracy and quality.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, cost drivers, commercial models, and DP World capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, presentation - with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
