Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer base and expand new customer relationship in the Turkiye market, and as well as in other regions of the world, covering port agency services
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency team
- Energetic professional capable of spearheading business expansion and cultivating robust connections with key stakeholders
- Manage hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Singapore
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence to enhance the quality of our services
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with supervisory experience
- Reliable track record in shipping industry
- Excellent communication & social skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a team player and work autonomously
- Results driven and strong problem solver
- Ability to control costs
- Ability to build relationships and develop trust
- Well organized & structured
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication in English. Proficiency in ready, writing and speaking Turkish with oral & read will be more advantage
