The role will report to Group Chief Partnership Distribution Officer, to lead & drive the HNW & Ultra HNW business by tapping Private Bank segment. This is one of the key strategic initiatives of Prudential plc.

This position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key responsibility includes:

Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Lead and grow HNW/UHNW insurance distribution through strategic private bank partnerships, including SCB, UOB and other priority partners

  • Establish a structured engagement model with Private Banks and brokers

  • Co-develop HNW/UHNW roadmaps covering business growth, product strategy, client segmentation, and joint go-to-market initiatives with partnership account director

  • Act as the senior relationship owner for private banks and enable the business through relationship build & partnership with international brokers

HNW Business Development & Growth

  • Shape proposition and product positioning to meet evolving HNW client needs, including legacy planning, protection, and wealth transfer

  • Lead business development initiatives and represent Partnership Distribution to partner with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment, operational readiness, and scalable execution

  • Work closely with Wealth, Product, Customer & Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, to support end-to-end HNW growth

  • Provide strategic advisory, training, and enablement to partner sales teams on HNW products, solutions, and client conversations

Performance Management & Governance

  • Drive HNW/UHNW sales performance across partnership channels, with clear ownership of business targets, pipeline, and revenue growth

  • Establish clear KPIs, performance management frameworks, and reporting for HNW partnership channels

  • Ensure all partnership activities are conducted with strong risk discipline, governance, and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in HNW/UHNW insurance, private banking, or wealth management

  • Proven track record of leading HNW distribution or partnerships, preferably with private banks or international intermediaries Direct experience working with private banks & international brokers strongly preferred

  • Background in life insurance, wealth protection, or legacy planning for HNW clients

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into executable business outcomes

  • Deep understanding of HNW client needs, private banking operating models, and cross border structures

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with credibility at senior executive level
