Work closely with Vice President / Assistant Vice President to design, implement, and oversee overall business development strategies
Analyze designated market situations and provide recommendations for business opportunities
Identify potential market segments for further acquisition
Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated markets and audience
Oversee and manage daily operations in designated areas
Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOP/GP in accordance to company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with other BUs on all business-related projects, e.g. events, promotions and training for all team members
Hosting of guests, attend to their needs and gather feedback to ensure excellent service standards are met
Review manpower planning, coaching and mentoring of team members performance which includes daily and long-term operations
Management of credit lines and collection
Responsible for regional sales performance
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 10 years of business development experience with proven track records in similar capacity and relevant industry
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
