Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support a large MNC's investment services branch by leading the modernization of legacy systems, driving cloud-native transformation, and ensuring seamless deployment and operations across infrastructure.

The Position:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing legacy applications and infrastructure.
• Develop detailed migration plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users to ensure a smooth transition.

The Candidate:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and AWS networking.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Skilled in Helm for Kubernetes application management.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, EFCore
• Expertise in event-driven architecture and Kafka.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
