Senior Devops Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the implementation of scalable, highly available Kubernetes platforms.

• Drive the strategy and optimization for container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.

• Spearhead system architecture enhancements and performance optimization initiatives.

• Engineer robust monitoring, alerting, logging, and full-stack observability solutions.

• Fortify infrastructure security, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Orchestrate incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability roadmaps.

• Evaluate emerging cloud-native technologies and standardize best practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and cultivate technical excellence across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux operations experience 3+ years in Kubernetes production environments.

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.

• Strong expertise in Linux systems, high-performance networking, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proven track record with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud).

• Advanced automation and programming skills (Shell, Python, or Go preferred).

• Experience designing fault-tolerant, scalable database architectures.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for seamless global stakeholder communication.
