Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Turn data, insights, and detailed information into clear and engaging graphics or animations for keynote presentations.
• Create visually compelling and delightful motion graphics or visuals for social media.
• Present complex content through clean, thoughtful layouts that enhance clarity and comprehension.
• Work closely with the Content Lead in ideation, design sprints, and content development.
• Select appropriate imagery that strengthens narrative tone and messaging.
• Uphold brand guidelines and maintain high design standards.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex information through visual design.
• 5-7 yearsof graphic design experience.
• Ability to produce 2D motion graphics and perform basic video editing.
• Additional skills in print design, 3D design, motion graphics, or generative AI tools are advantageous.
• Experience supporting executive communications or similar leadership-facing work is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic-advanced skills in After Effects or equivalent motion tools.
• Ability totake concepts from idea to final execution.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of digital content performance and current design trends.
