Senior/Junior Interior Designer

. Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

. Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)

. Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches/3D and detailed drawings)

. Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients

. Project management overseeing entire project workflow

. Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors till project completion

. Coordination with project team to ensure conformity to design criterion and construction regulations

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned
