About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Architecture/Interior Design Manager (Senior) to oversee the delivery of projects from concept through execution. This role suits a motivated designer with solid fundamentals who wants exposure to design coordination, client interaction, and site execution, with a clear growth path into a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead in developing interior design concepts, layouts, and material selections

. Oversee design development and construction drawings

. Coordinate with Directors, site teams, and consultants

. Support client meetings, presentations, and design revisions

. Review shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups with senior guidance

. Attend site visits and assist with design coordination during construction

Requirements

. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

. Minimum 5 years relevant interior design experience

. Exposure to residential / landed / design & build projects preferred

. Working knowledge of:

. AutoCAD

. SketchUp

. Enscape / Lumion (or similar)

. Adobe Creative Suite
