Job Summary
This role reports to the General Manager and Director, collaborating with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, customer retention, and satisfaction through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Educate and train sales team on company policies, strategies, product knowledge, and brand representation to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop and deliver presentations to engage new target markets and increase brand awareness
- Draft campaign proposals, create marketing content and collaterals, and plan event itineraries to support marketing objectives
- Apply strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and channels to optimize marketing efforts
- Communicate clearly and creatively in writing and presentations to engage internal teams and external audiences
- Manage time effectively to meet marketing deadlines and proactively address challenges
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress to produce marketing materials
- Edit videos and apply photography and videography skills to enhance marketing content
- Implement SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools to analyze and improve campaign performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree, Polytechnic Diploma, or related communications course
- Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote
- Strong writing and design flair to support creative marketing initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Initiative-driven, meticulous, and capable of working both independently and as a team leader
- Well-organized with strong planning skills
- Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in interpersonal interactions
