- Possess relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in structural design with BS/EU code of practice for bungalows.
- Passionate to design and creative.
- Well-versed in various design software, Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Orion, Midas, AutoCad, GStarCAD, etc.
- To design efficiently and economically the structural concept design.
- To attend client / consultant / contractor meetings.
- To liaise with Government authorities pertaining to the approval.
