Job Title: Senior Data Analyst, Overseas Business – Business Performance Analytics

Responsibilities

Build and iterate business metric frameworks: Define and monitor core metrics for overseas business, including user growth, retention, monetization, and other key business indicators. Continuously optimize metric breakdown logic in line with business iteration cycles to ensure data accurately reflects business health.

Evaluate incremental impact and ROI of operations: Develop robust quantitative evaluation models to accurately measure the true incremental impact of operational campaigns, marketing initiatives, and resource investments. Conduct in-depth ROI analysis to assess input-output efficiency and support business teams in optimizing resource allocation.

Provide product and operations strategy recommendations: Go beyond data reporting by leveraging attribution analysis and deep-dive research to provide actionable recommendations for product iteration, content ecosystem development, and operational strategies. Drive implementation and support closed-loop experimentation with business teams.

Diagnose business issues and identify root causes: Deeply engage with business workflows and systematically analyze business fluctuations. Use comparative analysis, causal inference, and other analytical methods to identify key drivers and provide quantitative evidence for business decision-making.

Collaborate with international teams: Work closely with overseas local teams and technical teams to align data definitions, promote foundational data infrastructure development, and improve data governance efficiency in a global business environment.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in internet/data analytics. Experience in overseas business, business performance analytics, or strategic analysis is preferred.

Business and logical thinking: Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex business goals into measurable analytical frameworks and deliver practical, closed-loop recommendations.

Technical skills: Proficient in SQL, including Hive/Spark, with experience processing large-scale datasets. Strong command of statistical methods and rigorous A/B test design and evaluation. Able to use Python/R or BI tools for data mining and visualization.

Language skills: Both English and Chinese can be used as working languages. Able to support daily communication and cross-border collaboration in an international work environment.

Cross-functional collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with frontline business teams and drive analytical insights into concrete product iterations or operational actions.
