Senior Customer Service Executive

Handle full set of import and export shipments and shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Permit Declaration, Notice of Arrival, etc

2.

Prompt Response and close communication with vendors, customers, carriers and overseas agents

3.

Offer solutions to client for shipment /space

4.

Sourcing and negotiation of rates

5.

Billing and closing of job files

6.

Accurate update job files in in-House Freight Management System

7.

Prepare weekly Forecast Reports

8.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
