- Commercial: 70%
- Compliance: 30%
The role
- Corporate & Commercial: Working closely with the business to support on all on-going transactions and commercial initiatives, this can include topics such as project finance, land acquisition, investments, construction and litigation
- General: In Singapore you will cover general day to day work such as day to day business responses, development and construction issues and commercial litigation (mainly through external counsel)
- Strategic: Partnering with the business is essential and helping with up and coming new developments and on-going investor led fund management
The requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 7 14 years PQE
- Background in Real Estate essential and ideally a generalist type background covering all areas (minimum expectation to want to learn about new areas if not already in your skillset)
- Flexible and outgoing personality essential
- Open to change and embraces a fluid environment
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail required. The stakeholders and exposure across the group will be unparalleled and will exceed your peers
