Job Summary
You will prepare and cook meals efficiently in a fast-paced environment, applying your senior cook skills and Singapore work experience to maintain high food quality under pressure. Preferring traditional south indian food with minimum 6 years experiencing in Indian Restaurant especially Kerala food. Working hours need to do morning or evening shift and work on weekend.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and standards to ensure consistent quality
- Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
- Apply experience working in Singapore kitchens to meet local food safety and customer expectations
- Deliver timely and high-quality food service while working effectively under pressure
- Perform night shifts as required to support kitchen operations

- Experience working as a senior cook in Singapore kitchens
- Ability to maintain composure and productivity in high-pressure kitchen environments
