Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards

• Follow kitchen procedures, work instructions, and duty

• Support the head chef and kitchen team during service hours

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a cook or in kitchen operations is preferred

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Quick learner with good execution and time management skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow kitchen procedures

• Team player with a positive working attitude

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
