We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Executive who is passionate about translating Providend's thought leadership in wealth advisory into meaningful, engaging content. This individual will shape cohesive and impactful audience experiences-both online and offline-by stewarding content across all touchpoints, from digital platforms like our website and social media to broader brand and client engagement channels. The role is key in building trust and inspiring audiences through a unified, thoughtful content experience that reflects the depth and integrity of our work.
The main functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and lead content strategy aligned with both short-term campaigns and long-term brand and business objectives
- Own and manage the editorial content calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and timely delivery across channels
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content to ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and linguistic accuracy
- Drive content ideation and strategic storytelling through cross-functional collaboration
- Analyse content performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement, traffic, and lead generation
- Take ownership of end-to-end content marketing initiatives, with clear accountability for performance against business KPIs
- Lead and execute search strategies across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to enhance content discoverability across search engines and AI-driven platforms
- Optimise content for search intent, featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated responses, ensuring relevance in evolving search ecosystems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Provide on-site and virtual event support, including serving as a chat moderator, managing audience engagement, and supporting content delivery during webinars, live sessions, and marketing events
- Mentor junior team members or guide content best practices where applicable
- Support additional marketing and organisational initiatives as required
Job requirements
To be successful in this position, you will be someone who is/has:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in content and digital marketing, with exposure to strategic planning and execution
- Proven track record in managing digital content and growing online and social media audiences
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, with working knowledge or exposure to AEO and GEO strategies in modern search environments
- Strong editorial mindset with the ability to translate audience insights into impactful content strategies
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including search optimisation and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for broad audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Experience in the financial services industry (e.g. insurance, investments, financial planning) is an advantage
- Working knowledge of graphic design or creative tools is a plus
