Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead operational user tasks including creation of plans and WBS.
- Manage the progress and address any issues related to key operational user tasks, including business continuity planning and training sessions, customer and external communications, as well as post-release activities.
- Plan and coordinate user training activities, including preparation of training schedules, training materials, and provide advice regarding training.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure proper communication and readiness before system implementation or process updates.
- Support the planning and documentation of BCP requirements for user operations, ensuring key processes and system activities have contingency plans.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to review operational readiness and support BCP exercises or simulations when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects.
- Experience with package system implementation related to core banking.
- Having knowledge of Banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, Accounting, etc.
- Hands-on experience in project implementation from the user side (large projects preferred).
- Experience in planning or executing user tasks such as BCP, and training.
- Proven expertise in documentation preparation and logical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including managing remote teams and vendor coordination.
- Professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
- Familiarity with Trade360, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE CASA, Party Module, and GLCS is a plus.
