Job Summary
We are hiring for a Consultant with minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management and BCBS239 implementation in banking domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation across all departments.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of project information with no discrepancies.
- Provide report to project owner and project leader regularly.
- Ensure any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
- To deep dive and understand the issue, risk, and dependency of the project for risk solving and mitigation.
- Communicate with each department's PMO to gather the status for transparency.
- Regular information sharing of the project overall to have common understanding across project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
- Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in Data Governance or Data Management in banking domain.
- Working experience with BCBS239 Implementation is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, including business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams.
- Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Working experience in a consulting firm, team management and leadership skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities are mandatory.
- Working experience with Risk Management, Finance/Accounting department about external/internal reporting is preferred.
- Understanding of Regulatory Reporting/Internal Reporting, Finance/Account business process, related systems is preferred.
- Experience in Project Management is preferred. (Progress, Issue, Risk, Stakeholders etc.)
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting is preferred.
