Overview

As a Senior Consultant, SAP SCM, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment. You will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Your role includes managing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. With strong expertise in SAP Finance, you will lead solution workshops, conduct gap analyses, and drive successful implementations while optimizing system performance and user experience.

What will you do

SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

Business Collaboration & Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Testing, Training & Support

• Perform testing, user training, and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.

System Upgrades, Compliance & Enhancements

• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

• Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes, including local statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Minimum 12 years of SAP project implementation and rollout experience in SAP FICO and Budgeting/Planning
• Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle rollouts with hands-on SAP system configuration expertise
• Ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
• Expertise in gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Strong knowledge of solution techniques and implementation methods
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
• Familiarity with the latest S/4 HANA features and functionalities
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps is a plus

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation, specifically with S/4 HANA
