What will you do
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Offer technical guidance and support to team members for their skill development.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment.
SAP FICO Implementation & Optimization
- Design, implement, and customize SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO modules with other systems.
Financial Process Improvement
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Implement enhancements to improve efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP FICO projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage project scope effectively.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide expert advice on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration.
User Training & Support
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance user proficiency in SAP FICO.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end users.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Generate reports on system performance, process efficiency, and project status for management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Strong expertise in financial process optimization and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into SAP FICO solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
