Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO activities for AML-related initiatives across APAC branches.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and task backlogs.
- Track progress, deadlines, dependencies, and issues; follow up with PICs and drive weekly cadence (stand-ups and status reviews).
- Consolidate updates and provide clear, structured management reporting.
- Coordinate and communicate with Regional IT, Regional Compliance, and multiple APAC branches.
- Prepare concise, executive-level status updates and facilitate meetings.
- Document decisions, action items, risks, and assumptions to ensure alignment across stakeholders (RCCO, CCO, COpO).
- Develop dashboards, trackers, Gantt charts, and data analyses using Excel (pivots, lookups, aggregation, trend analysis).
- Create management-ready PowerPoint decks with strong storyline, insights, and recommendations.
- Standardize process inputs across branches to support Target Operating Model and fit–gap exercises.
- Highlight key risks, issues, and process gaps, proposing solutions where needed.
- Manage ambiguity by keeping momentum, escalating ownership issues appropriately, and driving clarity among stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior working experience as a Consultant in an established consulting firm is a must.
- Ability to understand and explain file specifications (e.g., ISO 20022 XML).
- Strong consulting skills: logical thinking, communication, facilitation, documentation, issue resolution.
- PMO experience in project planning, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for management storytelling.
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, dashboards, trackers, structured analysis).
- Self-discipline, strong ownership, and willingness to learn client business.
- AML filtering, KYC process knowledge and experience coordinating with overseas/multi-branch teams are a plus.
