Role Description This full-time Senior Consultant role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. As part of the consulting team, you will focus on developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed expectations across multiple client partnerships. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, the Senior Consultant manages strategic projects, shape go-to-market plans, develop partnerships, and create a steady view on the performance metrics of the business.

• Distill white noise and datasets into simpler stories that inspire curiosity across message channels
• Business acumen to propose revenue enhancement initiative across the firm, delivering a very tangible impact to Muse & Motif and our clientele's business
• Refine account servicing resources to meet personal and company collective Optimisation Rates 

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communications strategy, campaign planning, and client consulting.
• Experience in integrated communications, including social media, content, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ability to interpret data-driven insights and apply them to business and communication strategies.
• Proven capabilities in project management, including timeline, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining client relationships in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Comfort working in hybrid settings, collaborating effectively both in person and remotely.
• Outstanding oral and written storytelling skills as well as presentation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with interest in business and strategic communications strategy
• Prior interactions with PR/Marketing or Corporate Strategy roles strongly preferred
• Agency and/or extensive engagement with In-house stakeholders experience required
