[Job Description & Requirement]
Responsibilities:
・Lead global projects across retail and manufacturing industries, ensuring successful end-toend delivery
・Plan and manage global business process standardization and system implementation initiatives, including progress tracking, timeline management, and issue resolution
・Serve as the primary contact for international clients, facilitating clear communication and leading negotiations in English and other languages
・Manage external development partners, ensuring project progress, deliverable quality, and alignment with requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
・Proven experience leading or team-leading in overseas/global projects
・Experience managing system development and implementation projects, including vendor management
・Hands-on experience in direct communication and negotiation with international clients
・Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Native/Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
・Industry knowledge or hands-on experience in retail and/or manufacturing
・3+ years of experience in the consulting industry
・Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with teams that have diverse IT aptitudes and cultural backgrounds.
・Attention to detail and highly organized, process-focused attitude.
・Strong logical and critical thinking skills
