About the Role
This is not a typical recruiter role. As a Senior Consultant in Executive Search, you will lead end-to-end search mandates for senior leadership positions across industries. You will be a trusted advisor - not just to clients, but to the leaders you engage, assess, and present.
What You Will Do
- Lead confidential executive search assignments from brief to placement, managing all stakeholder touchpoints with precision and care
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives, board members, and HR leaders
- Conduct deep market mapping and talent intelligence to present curated, insightful shortlists
- Engage senior passive candidates with credibility, discretion, and genuine market knowledge
- Advise clients on leadership landscape, compensation, and organisational considerations beyond the brief
- Contribute to business development through your existing network and client relationships
- Play an active role in mentoring junior team members where relevant
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 6-10 years in executive search, management consulting, or senior-level talent advisory
- Comfortable operating with complexity - multiple stakeholders, sensitive searches, ambiguous briefs
