Proven track record in management consulting, with experience in AI-enabled innovation and transformation, enterprise transformation, or data strategy.
Transformation expertise: Comfort navigating across strategy, design, and deliverywith the ability to simplify complexity and drive business outcomes
Innovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, data platforms, automation) to solve business problems creatively
Familiarity with AI platforms and enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)
You are fascinated by the combination of Data's technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically
You have a thorough understanding of Machine Learning, AI concepts, Data Modelling, Data Governance, and Data Quality, and you have ideally a good knowledge of relevant software in the field of data management and business intelligence
