Senior Consultant Enterprise Data & AI Transformation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead enterprise-wide data and AI transformation programmes across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operating model design, AI enablement, and scalable data platform implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting experience with hands-on knowledge of data ecosystems, AI technologies, and enterprise transformation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

• Architect and lead large-scale digital, data, and AI transformation programmes.

• Align enterprise data strategy with AI-driven business reinvention initiatives.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps.

• Mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Data & AI Strategy

• Guide clients in designing data-driven organisations and AI-enabled operating models.

• Embed Generative AI and automation into core enterprise processes.

• Develop scalable data platform strategies.

• Drive AI adoption across business functions.

Innovation & Go-To-Market

• Develop go-to-market strategies and campaign content for AI and data offerings.

• Create intellectual property (IP) related to data strategy, AI operating models, and GenAI transformation.

• Shape compelling value propositions supported by modern data platforms.

Technology & Architecture Advisory

• Advise on enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).

• Provide guidance on Machine Learning, AI concepts, data modelling, governance, and data quality.

• Support enterprise adoption of AI platforms and automation frameworks.

Client & Team Leadership

• Engage senior stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams.

• Drive collaboration across strategy, design, and delivery teams.

Technical & Functional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation.

• Experience leading AI-enabled innovation and data transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Machine Learning and AI concepts

  • Data Modelling

  • Data Governance

  • Data Quality frameworks

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).

• Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or public sector.

• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and operating models.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements

• Outstanding Master's Degree in:
