Our Client is seeking Senior Consultant / Associate Manager for Banking Transformation & PMO

Job type: Permanent with Client

Responsibilities:

. Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

. Conduct organizational, operating model, and process assessments, and support the design and implementation of target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives.

. Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, management reports, and other project-related documentation.

. Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives within established timelines.

. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance forums, and management discussions across regional and head office functions.

. Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, implementation plans, and decision papers, while providing practical recommendations to support business objectives.

. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, RFP responses, and development of knowledge assets.

. Take ownership of assigned deliverables, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Risk Management, Banking, or a related field.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, financial services, or similar disciplines.

. Experience in Banking or Financial Services, particularly in risk, compliance, governance, PMO, programme governance, operating model transformation, or large-scale transformation programmes, would be advantageous.
. Both consulting and banking project experience is a must

. Familiarity with shared services, centres of excellence, matrix organizations, proposal development, RFP responses, and business development activities would be advantageous.

. Experience in operating model design, organizational transformation, process improvement, governance enhancement, business analysis, gap assessments, and policy/procedure development.

. Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare policies, governance frameworks, committee papers, management reports, and executive-level presentations.

. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regional, international, or multicultural environments.

. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.

. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
